Join Master Chocolatier Paul A Young for a hands-on truffle masterclass.

Create a box of 16 stunning and indulgent chocolate truffles.

Paul will demonstrate how to create a perfect water ganache used to make your truffles.

You will learn how to hand-roll perfect chocolate truffles before Paul demonstrates how to temper chocolate on the marble slab.

Paul will demonstrate how to enrobe your truffles in tempered chocolate before you get your hands on to enrobe your own truffles.

Finally, you will hand-decorate your truffles before packing them into stunning chocolate boxes to take home.

Have you ever wanted to taste some of the world’s finest cacao and chocolate? World award-winning chocolate from origins all over the globe will be included

in this fun and informative chocolate tasting. If you thought you didn’t like dark chocolate, then think again, as Paul will introduce you to delicate, indulgent, and complex chocolate.

You will taste a roasted cocoa bean, cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor and a variety of bean-to-bar chocolate from UK producers and some rare and unique producers from around the world.
