Chocolate Truffle Master Class with Master Chocolatier Paul A.Young. Create indulgent hand-rolled and enrobed chocolate truffles with Paul in this one-hour hands-on masterclass at Bishop Auckland Town Hall.

An introduction to fine chocolate with a tasting of white, milk and dark chocolate from family-owned chocolate company Guittard.
Paul will demonstrate how to create the perfect silky water chocolate ganache. This special recipe is dairy-free and vegan friendly.
Paul will then demonstrate how to hand-roll perfect truffles ready to be hand-coated in tempered chocolate.
Marble slab tempering will be demonstrated by Paul.
You will finish your truffles by rolling them in cocoa powder and packing them into beautiful boxes ready to be taken home or to give as a very special gift.
