Founded by brothers Brendon and Jaydon Manders, Lumberjaxe Food Company is a bold, flavour-forward BBQ seasoning and sauce brand born out of family, fire, and unforgettable food memories. Growing up in Birmingham, their passion for great food started around their grandad’s brick BBQ — where smoky aromas, shared laughter, and delicious moments became the heart of lasting memories.
Frustrated by the lack of authentic, natural condiments that captured the true taste of outdoor cooking, the brothers set out in 2020 to make something better — sauces and seasonings that were real, simple and genuinely flavourful. Starting with just £100 each in their mum’s kitchen, they developed products inspired by classic American-style BBQ but crafted with high-quality, all-natural ingredients right here in the UK.
From selling at food festivals and markets to building a loyal following in independent retailers, Lumberjaxe quickly grew into a stand-out name in the UK food scene. Their journey took a major leap when they appeared on BBC One’s Dragons’ Den, securing investment and nationwide attention — propelling the brand into major retail success.
Today, Lumberjaxe products are stocked in hundreds of retailers across the UK, including major supermarkets and online platforms, bringing bold, wild flavour to dinner tables nationwide. Their mission remains the same as day one: to bring people together through great food and help everyone create memorable moments around every meal.
