Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, Aaron now lives in London having moved from Manchester. He developed his passion for baking after trying to recreate things he'd experienced in eateries around the country, or on his travels around the globe.
Never willing to be beaten by a complex recipe, he loves the technical aspects of creating French style patisserie often blending it with flavours from Asia and the Caribbean for unique takes. He loves a spicy margarita, so don’t be surprised to see popular cocktails reimagined into patisserie form! In a stark contrast to his main job as a Computer Systems Architect, baking is his form of artistic expression – nothing beats a hard day at the office like making and eating an eclair.
When he isn’t baking, he’s cycling around the city, teaching himself new languages, lifting weights at the gym, or studying for a Masters in Computer Science and Data Analytics.
